Riding Instruction

Most children can become great riders with the proper instruction. Our dedicated instructors offer students individually tailored lessons on quality horses and ponies.

The Hollows Camp has private and semi-private lessons with a maximum of two students per instructor; this ensures that every student receives the attention needed in order to develop confidence and effective riding skills.

Safety

Safety is our number one concern at The Hollows Camp. All students are required to wear a certified SEI or ASTM riding helmet, riding boots, and safety vest.

Student saddles are equipped with safety stirrups and vests are available for rent.

Lessons

Lessons are available for all ages and ability levels. Facilities include: 2 sand rings over-looking Hollows Lake and groomed trails for hacking and cross-country trails.

Rates for Spring and Fall Lessons 2012

Lessons are offered in packages of 4, 6 or 8 and must be purchased prior to the first lesson.

Rates

Private 1 hour lesson: $50.00 + HST   

Semi-Private 1 hour lesson: $40.00 + HST
